01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "kl444", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of kl444.io and all associated services accessible through that domain.
• "Platform" means the kl444.io website, mobile-responsive interface, and all software, APIs, and content made available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered account created by a Player following successful registration on kl444.io.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which kl444 accounts are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account under a kl444 promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT funds deposited by a Player from their own verified payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process kl444 uses to confirm Player eligibility and comply with anti-fraud obligations.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using kl444 is prohibited by applicable local law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kl444.io, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments published in accordance with Section 15 below.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the kl444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kl444 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial or professional entity for the purpose of generating commercial gain through gambling activities.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, and you have not previously been excluded from kl444 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily, without coercion, and exclusively with funds you can afford to lose.

kl444 reserves the right to request identity documents from any Player at any time for the purpose of age and identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kl444 will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any Player who provides false information regarding their age or identity, or who otherwise circumvents the age verification process, will have their Account permanently closed and any funds associated with fraudulently obtained bonuses will be forfeited in full.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on kl444.io. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kl444 will close all Accounts associated with that individual and may forfeit any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. You agree to promptly update your Account details should any information change.

Accounts may not be registered using anonymous or temporary email addresses, virtual private networks (VPNs) for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions, or any automated registration tool or bot. kl444 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kl444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available at no cost from within your Account settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your Account, or use another Player's Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility, and kl444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kl444 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. kl444 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

kl444 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kl444 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

06 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on kl444 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your kl444 Account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit minus any transaction fees incurred.

kl444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kl444 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delayed credit, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits displayed in your Account deposit interface at the time of transaction
• Daily deposit limit: configurable by the Player in Account settings as a responsible gaming tool
• Currency: BDT only — no foreign currency deposits are accepted

kl444 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account. Where such documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, kl444 may suspend withdrawal functionality pending review.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your Account, or to a verified personal account confirmed via KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and passed KYC verification may deposit and wager but will not be able to withdraw any funds until verification is successfully completed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Average 15 minutes; maximum 24 hours
• Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

Withdrawal requests are subject to review by our payments team. kl444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds the Player's deposit history or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount automatically. Only Real Money Funds and fully-cleared Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

kl444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all kl444 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds, once the Wagering Requirement has been met, are withdrawable.
• kl444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or reclaim Bonus Funds credited in error at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers through arbitrage, bonus stacking, or any form of systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

VIP Programme rewards — including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, and personalised bonuses — are awarded at kl444's discretion based on Player activity levels and tier status. VIP status does not confer any contractual entitlement and may be adjusted or withdrawn by kl444 without prior notice.

09 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl444 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure of their Account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or self-exclusion by registering on their behalf
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information or KYC documentation
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to kl444 support immediately
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live dealer games
• Placing bets in a systematic pattern designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine play risk (bonus abuse)
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory, or using a VPN or proxy to conceal access from such a territory
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kl444 staff or other Players

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kl444.

Any unauthorised use of kl444's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or Account information
• Damage caused by technical malfunction, server downtime, or interruption of service
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Errors in game display caused by the Player's own device, browser, or internet connection

kl444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

16 Governing Law

kl444 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction.
